I attended a course on site and was thrilled. A good atmosphere and lots of interesting people.

Of course, further courses were advertised at the events.

I decided on one and bought it.

However, I had to cancel it after a few weeks for personal reasons.

According to the website, this was also my problem, stating that I would get my money back within 2-5 days.

However, this did not work out so well.

Initially, the support team responded quickly with the promise that everything had been taken care of.

However, it took me 7 weeks with several requests for the status.

After exactly 7 weeks and 3 the money was transferred back, but I was stuck with the tax costs.

Actually, I was very convinced of the course, but if you can't participate, it's such a hassle to cancel and be compensated that I'd rather think twice, or rather 50 times, whether I'll book a course there again.

Will steal your money. They are not offering refunds at this time as business is going through a tough time due to covid. Tony robbins promised refunds. Their response we aren't tony robbins!

Will only book zoom calls now from your mobile so the calls can't be recorded. Well guess what I recorded it! Zoom call with customer service who insist they are the Complaints department. Can't speak to anyone else except for this one person.

Absolute joke! Your business will go under not because of covid but because of the the way you have handled this crisis.BTW they will tell you a new event is scheduled for sept 2022. When you speak to them again and tell them this isn't true they will tell you it's not scheduled but in the pipelines and will notify once confirmed.

Absolute disgrace of a company! Would never ever book an event through them again and neither should you!

We all understand things have changed since Covid-19, but Success Resources re-scheduled certain live events like UPW several times in 2020. They did however state some of these dates as new definitive.

I've lost a lot of money on plane and hotel costs, but that isn't the worst.

In November 2020 they announced a 2-for-1 deal. We would get a free, complimentary ticket to UPW live and still have the UPW physical ticket for the next event.

I have been asking about this in February 2021 I did not receive any reply. They promised to send an e-mail with updates around December 2020, and we are almost three months later now.

I've booked Live Tony events with these guys before, please don't, or you will be scammed.

I paid 12K for business mastery and ended it up in a row of people who paid 1/5 of what I paid, and they got exactly the same. AA

Worst experience Ive had with a company! Brought tickets for Tony Robbins live event in October 2020, the event was cancelled due to COVID, been rescheduled three times over the last year.

Asked for a refund to be told that we are not entitled because the event hasnt been cancelled but rescheduled. The response I got when I asked when is the new date is laughable, sometime in 2022 as we are not allowed to hold events in 2021. So no actual date is booked they can basically hold onto my money.

Honestly read the terms and conditions before you go anywhere near this company. We are currently seeking advice to somehow get our money back.
